Joel is a vitreo-retinal surgeon based in Auckland New Zealand, both in the public and private sectors. He did his ophthalmology training in New Zealand and completed his fellowship at the University of Toronto in Canada. He has a special interest in complex cataract surgery, specifically scleral fixated intraocular lenses.

Click on the Security tab
Click on Custom Level
Scroll down until you see the section labelled Scripting
Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK

Google Chrome

Select the menu icon on the browser toolbar
Select Settings
Click the Show advanced settings... link then Content Settings in the Privacy section
Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) and click Done

Safari (Mac)

Select Safari from the top menu
Choose Preferences
Choose Security
Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
